• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

2. User Content

Sitti allows users to submit content, including photos, videos, voice notes, captions, labels, place information, and related metadata.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Sitti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process User Content to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to post your User Content and that posting does not violate any law or third-party rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, upload, share, or otherwise engage in content or behavior that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violent.
• Promotes self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Includes spam, scams, or manipulative engagement.
• Contains malware or attempts to interfere with the Service.

4. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

Sitti provides tools to report objectionable content and block users.

Sitti provides user-submitted, real-time place information for convenience only.

• Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
• You are responsible for your own personal safety, decisions, and compliance with local laws.
• Sitti does not guarantee the safety, quality, or suitability of any location.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example, maps, authentication, hosting, and notifications). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, expose us to legal risk, or harm the integrity of the Service.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report feature to flag content or the in-app block feature to prevent interactions with abusive users. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users depending on severity and repeat behavior.
